Please review the 3D RENT hub Terms of Service carefully before creating a Vendor account.
By registering as a Vendor, you acknowledge and agree that these Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 3D RENT hub.
The Terms govern your access to and use of the Platform as a Vendor, including but not limited to:
- Listing equipment, products, and services
- Accepting and fulfilling rental orders
- Pricing, availability, shipping, insurance, and deposits
- Vendor plans, fees, payouts, and platform commissions
- Communications, records, and dispute handling through the Platform
When you accept a rental order, a binding rental agreement is formed directly between you and the Renter, and the Terms of Service are incorporated into that agreement.
If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you must not register for or use the Platform as a Vendor.
