Shipping Options
FedEx 2Day® and FedEx 2Day® A.M.
With FedEx 2 day shipping, your packages are delivered within 2 business days throughout the United States. You can choose from two delivery options based on your shipment's urgency. FedEx 2Day® A.M. offers morning delivery on the second business day. FedEx 2Day® provides delivery by the end of the second business day.
Afternoon delivery
Choose economical FedEx 2Day® shipping and get your package there by the end of the second business day. Packages will arrive by 5:00 p.m. to most areas and by 8 p.m. to residences. FedEx 2Day offers a perfect balance of economy and speed.
Morning delivery
With FedEx 2Day® A.M., you get delivery in 2 business days by 10:30 a.m. to U.S. businesses and by noon to most residences. This option is a good choice for shipping:
- Lab samples for doctors’ offices
- Urgent documents
- Perishables
No matter what you're shipping, this option gets it there earlier, so your recipient has more time to put it to use

FedEx Express Saver®
FedEx Express Saver is our 3 day shipping option. When you choose it, your packages are delivered within 3 days of the ship date. FedEx Express Saver delivers Monday–Friday. Packages arrive at businesses by 5:00 p.m. and residences by 8 p.m.

FedEx Ground®
Only for Commercial (Business) addresses!
Delivery within the contiguous U.S. takes 1–5 business days. Shipping to and from Alaska and Hawaii requires 3–7 business days. *

What’s the difference between FedEx Home Delivery and FedEx Ground?
- FedEx Home Delivery delivers packages 150 lbs. or less to residences every day of the week. A $5.95 residential surcharge is applied per package.
- FedEx Ground delivers packages 150 lbs. or less to businesses or commercial areas Monday–Friday.

FedEx Home Delivery®
Only for Residential addresses!
FedEx Home Delivery® is faster to more residential locations than UPS Ground and delivers to more residential locations than UPS Ground on the weekend. With home delivery every day of the week, shipping is flexible and easy.
Shipping/transit time
In the contiguous U.S., delivery takes 1–5 days. Shipping to and from Alaska and Hawaii is 3–7 days. Check transit times.
