• Users (renters) browse listings, compare configurations, then book and place orders directly through the platform.

3DRENThub manages the backend processes, while vendors handle order approval, insurance review, and shipping.

• Payments & Tax are processed securely via Stripe and Avalara.

• Shipping Rates are calculated in real time through FedEx.

• Insurance: Renters can upload proof of coverage for vendor review, if required. Insurance can be purchased through our partner Athos, obtained from another provider, or you may use an existing policy if it covers rented equipment.

• Invoices, RMAs, and Order Status Updates are centralized and managed through the platform.
